Here, you’ll address support cases through email, potentially utilizing Zoom for further clarity. You’ll ensure that customer inquiries receive friendly, timely resolutions and you’ll also handle product issues effectively.

The ideal candidate should possess over two years of experience in customer service roles, particularly within a SaaS environment. Key skills include proactive problem-solving, empathetic communication, and effective organizational abilities. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is advantageous for this role.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $40,000 to $50,000.

Key Responsibilities for the Non-Phone Remote Customer Support Representative Role

  • Efficiently handle incoming support inquiries via email and, when needed, Zoom, ensuring swift and friendly solutions to customer issues.
  • Investigate and resolve product bugs, independently or collaboratively with other ChurnZero teams.
  • Actively respond to customer feedback, offering innovative solutions and best practice advice.
  • Share precise information with customers and team members using available tools and resources.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product Management, and Development teams to enhance ChurnZero’s offerings and processes.
  • Meet personal and team service level agreements (SLAs) by consistently exceeding case handling goals.
  • Foster a dynamic team environment by being positive, enthusiastic, and focused on building strong relationships.

What We Are Looking For

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of two years in customer service/support, with an emphasis on SaaS experience.
  • Exemplary listening skills and a passion for communication, demonstrating empathy towards customers’ perspectives.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and solve problems even when information is limited.
  • Exhibit organization, clarity, and reliability, especially when handling escalations.
  • Enthusiasm for learning software; proficiency in business applications and data integrations, with the ability to explain complex data clearly.
  • Experience with Zendesk is highly valued.
