Necessary Work from Home Setup
- Transcom offers a comprehensive computer setup including webcam and headset
- Ensure a secured, noise-free environment free from conflicting responsibilities during work hours
- Your office space should be a private room with a door to maintain privacy
- Internet setup must be DSL, Fiber, or Cable wired to the modem/router via Ethernet
- Minimum download speed: 20 Mbps
- Minimum upload speed: 3 Mbps
- Ping rate: Less than 100 ms
Note that a home computer using an Ethernet connection is necessary for initial assessments during the application process.
