As a Remote Customer Service Advisor, you’ll assist customers who have questions regarding their recent purchases. Duties include helping track orders and addressing concerns about order status and returns.
This full-time opportunity requires you’ll need at least a high school diploma or GED, six months of customer service experience, high-speed internet, and a typing speed of 30 WPM or more. Additional technical familiarity, such as with iOS or macOS, is beneficial.
