Remote Fan Happiness Associate: Key Responsibilities
The Fan Happiness Associate I ensures an exceptional purchase experience for Gametime’s patrons, focusing on fast and efficient communication. You will play a vital role in boosting customer satisfaction and loyalty—a core part of maintaining the brand’s standards. Availability for weekends, holidays, and various shifts from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM PST is required to cater to the needs of the audience.
Making an Impact: Your Role and Skills
Fan Loyalty: Enhance loyalty as measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys.
Customer Satisfaction: Exceed Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) targets.
Efficiency: Achieve service excellence goals consistently.
Reliability: Maintain punctual attendance and active availability.
Additional Duties: Take on further responsibilities as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications for Success
Your expertise in interacting across multiple platforms—Voice, Chat, SMS, and Email—underpins our customer engagement. The ability to adapt and solve potential issues proactively is key. Maintaining strong critical thinking and decision-making capabilities under pressure is essential.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or similar experience required.
- Experience: Minimum two years in a customer support environment using phone, email, and chat.
- Other Requirements: Reliable high-speed internet, ergonomic home office setup, and flexible work hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Preferred Knowledge: CRM systems, particularly Kustomer, and familiarity with learning management systems like Absorb.
- Performance Metrics: Achieve minimum scores of 80% in CSAT, Quality Score, and SLA (Service Level Agreement).
