In this role, your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries via phone and email to clarify contract coverage and terms effectively.

Essential Qualifications for Remote Automotive Claims Service

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED. Essential skills include organizational and customer service proficiency, along with excellent written and verbal communication. Familiarity with PCs, MS Office, and a minimum typing speed of 35 wpm is necessary. Experience in the automotive service department is a plus.

The pay rate starts at $20.50 per hour, with full benefits available.

Overview of the Remote Automotive Claims Service Role

Endurance is actively seeking vibrant and communicative individuals to enhance their claims department. The Customer Service Claims Specialist will manage incoming and outgoing communications to provide clear insights on contract coverages and processes.

Responsibilities You’ll Tackle Daily

• Evaluate data in vehicle service contracts to inform clients about benefit entitlements.
• Coordinate internally to support the Claims Adjudication Department.
• Address inquiries thoroughly via phone and email.
• Ensure all workflow and documentation processes follow established guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively in a friendly, team-oriented environment.
• Active camera usage for training and meetings is required to maintain clear communication, especially with management and peers.

What Sets You Up for Success?

• A diploma or GED is mandatory.
• Ability to multitask, solve problems, and maintain confidentiality.
• Exceptional communication skills and call center experience is beneficial.
• Proficient in PC operations, MS Office, and quick to adapt to new software.
• Relevant automotive service experience is advantageous. Roles like Warranty Administrators, BDC Representatives, and Service Writers are encouraged to apply.
