Jack Henry offers a dynamic Remote Fraud Support Call Center Representative role where you will engage with customers using phone, email, and chat to resolve various inquiries and technical matters. You’ll document interactions, provide significant insights to enhance product development, and aim to elevate customer support practices.

Thriving in a Fast-Paced Environment

Operating within Jack Henry’s Fraud Center, you’ll play a crucial role in the Consolidated Contact Center, offering assistance 24/7/365. Responsibilities include resolving issues related to fraudulent card activities such as lost or stolen cards. Compensation ranges from $34,320 to $37,500 annually, with shift differentials for eligible shifts.

Your Role Includes:

• Managing phone calls to gather relevant details about potential fraud involving debit, credit, or ATM transactions.
• Guiding cardholders based on standard protocols and directing them to their financial institutions when necessary.
• Participating actively in group discussions, one-on-one feedback sessions, and quality reviews.
• Other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking for in Candidates

• Minimum of one year in a customer service capacity, including phone or chat support.
• Strong ability to communicate and articulate clearly.
• Willingness to work various shifts in a 24/7 contact center, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Training takes place over the first five weeks, primarily on weekdays.
• Stable, high-speed internet with over 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload. If multiple users share the connection, 25 Mbps is recommended.
• A dependable, confidential home workspace with a backup location available in case of emergencies.

Desirable Attributes:

• Background in data entry is an advantage.
• Capability to work collaboratively, responding constructively to leader feedback to meet goals.

Compensation and Benefits Offered
