Who You Are
- Possess 1–2 years of relevant customer support experience.
- Exhibit strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrate the ability to empathize with customers while providing accurate information.
- Maintain organization and efficiency, managing high workloads effectively.
- Familiarity with systems like Zendesk is advantageous.
- Exhibit critical thinking and sound judgment for policy-consistent solutions.
- Thrive independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
