Dive Into the Role of a Remote Care Experience Specialist
As a Remote Care Experience Specialist at Charlie Health, you will warmly welcome clients and their families into the program. Your role involves coordinating care and delivering excellent customer service by handling calls, emails, and texts to address any concerns. Importantly, no college degree is required, and there are no geographic hiring restrictions. The benefits package is comprehensive and tailored to support your needs.
Your Responsibilities
- Respond effectively to incoming calls, emails, and texts, addressing client and family concerns.
- Serve as a liaison linking clients with internal teams, such as Admissions and Outreach.
- Enhance patient experiences by assisting client-related requests from the Clinical Care team.
- Identify and address gaps in treatment attendance proactively for better engagement.
- Provide families with aftercare resources and support in scheduling post-treatment appointments.
- Manage and adjust client appointments as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all documentation.
- Adapt to change, meeting the evolving needs of clients and referral sources.
- Achieve set KPIs including issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications Needed

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 2 years in customer/patient support roles.
- Effectively work with young adults and adolescents.
- 1-2 years of experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Proficient with contact center technologies.
- Adept multitasking ability in a dynamic environment.
- High emotional intelligence.
- Familiar with HIPAA policies.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with English proficiency.
- Skillful in cloud-based tools like Slack and Microsoft Office.
