Rebranding yourself through engaging LinkedIn posts, networking with intention, and maintaining an online portfolio can expand your reach and enhance visibility.

Gaining Practical Experience

A degree doesn’t automatically translate to workplace readiness. Kerry Shackett of Champlain College advises engaging in informational interviews to gain industry context. These connections can provide valuable insights and potentially lead to opportunities. Additionally, enhancing skills through volunteering, certifications, or internships can demonstrate your initiative and readiness.
