As a Remote Patient Billing Representative, situated within CareCentrix, you will handle approximately 30-35 daily inbound calls. These calls come from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies. Your role includes addressing patient inquiries and providing educational support regarding CareCentrix’s services.

Essential qualifications for this position include a high school diploma or GED and at least a year of customer service experience in a call center setting. Prior experience in the healthcare or medical billing fields is preferred, combined with intermediate typing skills (30 WPM). Familiarity with basic computer functions and search engine navigation is also crucial.

A competitive pay rate is offered at $17.50 per hour, with additional incentive bonuses.
