Key Responsibilities for Remote Call Center Agents
Your journey begins with a robust five-week training period starting on May 19, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CT, weekdays, which requires full attendance. Candidates must hold at least a high school diploma or GED, coupled with six months of customer service experience. Communication and interpersonal skills are vital for success in this role. Once training is complete, you’ll handle calls, authenticate callers, handle queries about compensation exams, update personal information, and manage schedule modifications.
The salary ranges from $17.75 to $20.32 per hour, complemented by comprehensive benefits including health insurance, life and disability insurance, and paid holidays.
