Your Responsibilities and Growth as a Remote Customer Support Representative
As a vital part of the Customer Support team at Rockbot, you will deliver premium, “white glove” customer service to an expanding clientele. Your insights will help shape an understanding of customer needs, gleaned from ticket, chat, and phone inquiries. Candidate Qualifications
