Join CareCentrix as a Remote Customer Advocacy Specialist

CareCentrix, a renowned home health services company, is currently looking for a Remote Customer Advocacy Specialist. This role requires you to be the primary contact for escalated calls and requests, effectively managing complaints from payers, providers, and patients. Additionally, you’ll carry out other related tasks to ensure seamless operations.

Essential Responsibilities for a Remote Customer Advocacy Specialist

As a Customer Advocacy Specialist, you will play a critical role in resolving both internal and external issues independently. You will also assist in coaching, training, mentoring new associates, and driving performance results. The position involves cross-functional efforts to identify performance improvement areas and recommend effective solutions.

Work hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM EST.

Primary Duties

In the Remote Customer Advocacy Specialist role, you’ll engage in the following tasks:

  • Serve as the main contact point for escalated calls and requests
  • Ensure adherence to service level agreements and performance goals
  • Oversee production monitoring and completion, as applicable
  • Manage and resolve complaints from payers, providers, and patients
  • Collaborate with supervisors to drive case handling efficiency and quality
  • Create efficient work plans and root cause analysis
  • Support cross-functional process improvements
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Secondary Duties

  • Respond to calls and emails promptly
  • Proficiently enter data into the CART system
  • Engage in projects and spreadsheets across all operations
  • Act as a resource for Customer Service Representatives
  • Monitor sensitive State Reports

Qualifications for Success

To excel as a Remote Customer Advocacy Specialist, you should possess:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an Operations or Production support role
  • Strong basic computer and data entry skills
  • Preferred knowledge of CareCentrix’s systems and processes, business protocols, and regulatory compliance
