Main Responsibilities

This pivotal position supports Gainwell’s mission to enhance client service delivery and outcomes.

• Provide informed responses to basic client inquiries; escalate complex cases as necessary
• Leverage your skills to resolve client issues, update account histories, and follow up to ensure resolutions
• Consistently meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and production targets
• Work in a team environment to resolve client inquiries and train new team members on customer service processes
• Enhance client service efficiency by recommending workflow and procedural improvements

Qualifications for a Remote Call Center Agent at Gainwell

• Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service in any sector
• Understanding basic help desk software, general computer applications, and Microsoft Office
• Strong problem-solving capabilities to efficiently address client inquiries
