• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the Experience Early Learning product and curriculum, becoming a go-to resource for customers.
• Utilize strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Engage in live chats and handle scheduled phone calls effectively.
• Prepare personalized responses for scheduled callbacks.
• Provide precise instructions to Administrators, Teachers, and Guardians through live chat, email, and phone communications.
• Demonstrate empathy towards customers and fellow team members consistently.
• Represent customer interests to help resolve their challenges effectively.
• Contribute to internal process improvements.
• Collaborate across departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor established performance metrics and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes Needed

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or early education.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
• A genuine commitment to advancing education.

• Experience with live customer support is advantageous.
