Dick’s Sporting Goods Remote Customer Service Representative Position
If you’re not a morning person or prefer activities in the afternoons, you might like the 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM ET shift offered for this position.
This role involves handling calls and providing exceptional service to customers by answering inquiries and building connections with athletes.
This is an ENTRY LEVEL position that requires less than one year of customer service experience. An interest in sports, effective communication skills, and willingness to learn new technologies are preferred.
A 3-week paid training program will be provided to help you excel in this role.
The annual pay ranges from $29,000 to $46,200, and benefits are available.

Job Overview:
Summary Description
As part of DICK’S Sporting Goods, customer service representatives play a key role in providing exceptional support to customers. Engage with athletes, resolve inquiries, and build meaningful connections while addressing complex issues.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist customers over the phone or via chat to address questions and concerns.
- Handle escalated calls and chats by providing solutions and demonstrating enthusiasm.
- Communicate empathetically to build strong relationships with customers.
- Resolve challenges efficiently, ensuring customer needs are met accurately.
- Utilize appropriate processes and online tools to enhance service quality.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to support issue resolution.
- Take ownership of significant issues and provide detailed logs of interactions.
- Participate in team events and initiatives to enhance customer experiences.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- High-speed internet
- Ethernet Port
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, TEAMS, and experience with IVR and CRM tools

- Passion for sports and community-building
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Adaptability and teamwork skills
- Ability to think quickly and stay composed under pressure
- Strong technical skills to navigate systems effectively
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
Targeted pay range: $29,000 – $46,200. Benefit packages include incentives, equity, and other components.
