Jack Henry, a leading tech solutions firm serving community banks and credit unions, is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Remote Call Center Representative. In this role, your key responsibility will be to offer exceptional customer service via phone and chat to users of the bill-pay website or mobile app associated with Jack Henry’s financial clients.

The compensation for this position is set between $34,320-$37,500 annually.

Requirements include at least one year of experience in customer service, strong communication skills, and mandatory participation in a six-week training program.

Insights into the Remote Call Center Role

As a representative in the iPay Solutions Contact Center, you will deliver outstanding customer support for subscribers using the bill pay platform. Responsibilities include customer education, site navigation, resolving queries, providing basic tech support, and managing ticket requests. Your focus will be on achieving first-contact resolution efficiently. The stated salary for this role ranges from $34,320 to $37,500 annually.

This role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide timely support and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Cultivate a positive customer rapport via phone, chat, or case while adhering to security protocols.
  • Document product issues and suggest enhancements, escalating where necessary.
  • Assist with new account setups and maintain existing accounts.
  • Participate in team meetings, discussions, and quality reviews.
  • Meet expected call center performance metrics.
  • Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Required Skills and Attributes

  • Minimum one year of experience in customer service. (Customer-facing or phone support)
  • Clear communication skills.
  • Willingness to work an assigned shift, with no flexibility for changes. Shifts run from 8 AM to 10 PM ET, Monday to Friday.
  • Ability to commit to a 6-week training schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM ET, Monday to Friday.
  • Reliable internet connection with 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous call center experience is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain composed and communicate effectively when assisting customers.
