Your Role in Remote Customer Service
As a Remote Associate Gold Customer Service Rep, you’ll assist customers during critical moments, delivering exceptional service by addressing inbound phone inquiries about renewals, coverage, billing, and policy modifications. You’ll thrive in a dynamic call center environment.
Comprehensive Training and Development
The role offers a 10-week paid training program, ensuring you’re well-equipped with knowledge about insurance policies and regulations. Scheduled from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, the program includes classroom instruction and prepares you for the Personal Lines Licensing exam. Your advancement will be continuously tracked for optimal growth.
Qualifications and Skills
Applicants should have a minimum of six months related experience, preferably in customer service. Strong communication skills, the ability to handle confidential data, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. Candidates should also be prepared for insurance exams specific to this role, supported by company training.
Earn Competitive Compensation and Benefits
