Responsibilities at a Glance

As a team member at Alorica, you’ll play a crucial role in fostering positive customer experiences. Key responsibilities include:

Who Should Apply?

If you have a high school diploma or GED, solid computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office, and possess excellent communication abilities, you might be perfect for this role. Previous customer service experience will be beneficial but not mandatory.

Work Space and Connectivity Requirements

  • Possess a dedicated home office free of distractions
