This exciting role is remote-based, allowing you to work from any U.S. location of your choice, with some exceptions. For states such as California, Colorado, and others, the pay range is $15.70-$23.50 per hour, subject to variation based on location. Additional compensation could include equity awards, with specifics varying depending on experience and performance.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least two years of experience in account management, customer service, or sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Ability to swiftly adapt to new challenges and learning opportunities.
- Comfortable engaging in both inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Competence in storytelling and engaging clients to instill trust in Zillow products.
- Exceptional presentation skills are required to tailor recommendations to client needs.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and web-based tools.
