As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you’ll employ your communication and problem-solving skills to navigate customer interactions, using mobile and online tools proficiently. Given the nature of our 24/7 operations, you might work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Your Responsibilities
- Engage customers, partners, and community members via multiple communication channels
- Respond to all inquiries with patience and active listening
- Strive for both efficiency and quality in the resolution of issues
