Key Responsibilities as a Remote Customer Experience Consultant

As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will have a positive impact on agents, brokers, buyers, sellers, and internal teams. Our aim is to maintain an excellent contact center with unmatched customer loyalty!

What You Will Do in This Role

  • Provide top-quality customer service efficiently and consistently.
  • Guide customers and share best practices across multi-channel platforms.
  • Utilize your interpersonal skills to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with product usability, identifying needs, and providing resolution on first contact.
  • Document customer interactions accurately using Customer Relationship Management software.
  • Stay informed about dotloop’s products and features, promoting the benefits to users.
  • Advocate for customers by providing feedback to the product team.
  • Engage openly with all customers and adapt swiftly to changes as a team player.

Position Location and Compensation Details

This role is categorized as remote, allowing employees to work from any physical location of their choice within the U.S., except certain restricted areas. The standard base pay in specific states, such as California, Colorado, and New York, ranges from $19.60 to $31.40 per hour.

Besides a competitive salary, equity awards based on experience and performance are offered. These amounts may vary based on individual factors.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • At least one year of experience in a customer service or communications role.
  • Proven ability to independently handle high-volume customer cases.
  • Proficiency with web-based products, MS Office, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with basic real estate knowledge is desirable, but not required.
  • A motivated and enthusiastic approach to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Self-starter with a willingness to quickly learn about our systems and features (approximately three weeks of training).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain positive relationships.
  • Reliable internet connectivity is essential for uninterrupted work.
  • Previous remote work experience is preferred.
