Role Description:

In the capacity of a Customer Service Representative, you’ll navigate customer interactions gracefully, solving issues while ensuring excellent service delivery. Your task is to listen and provide creative solutions through varied communication channels. You will embark on addressing inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms, enhancing the customer experience capably and empathetically.

Role Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls related to accounts, averaging 40-50 daily.
• Utilize resources and training to respond to queries.
• Diagnose customer necessities for informed resolutions.
• Address grievances and challenging situations.
• Conduct transactions using web applications.
• Submit research requests efficiently.
• Stay informed on company and client rules and technology.
• Communicate warmly and empathetically.
• Safeguard confidential information, disseminating only to authorized personnel.
• Support team during peak workloads or absences.
