On joining Team Alorica, your primary focus will be resolving customer concerns, providing guidance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. A starting wage of $15 per hour is offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision plans.
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver assistance and resolve issues for customers using healthcare products or services
- Record all-call related information for auditing and reporting
- Update and maintain current customer information
- Offer additional services to existing customers
Essential Qualifications
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Customer service experience is advantageous
- Expertise in computer navigation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities

Adaptable Work Environment
- Consistent use of phone and computer systems
- Home workspace should be private and located as per personnel records
- Equipment, potentially including a webcam, will be provided by Alorica
- An Internet/Broadband connection is necessary, with DSL or Cable preferred. Satellite, Dial-up, or wireless connections are not suitable.
- Your internet must meet a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and an upload speed of 3 Mbps.
