Your Responsibilities

• Take charge of the customer experience by promptly responding to dealer inquiries while adhering to call quality standards.
• Maintain high dealer satisfaction by managing all inquiries actively and ensuring accurate, timely communication until resolution.
• Prioritize customer needs while upholding business expectations.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders, including dealers, suppliers, and logistics personnel, to resolve parts availability efficiently.
• Document every interaction comprehensively for accurate tracking of dealer inquiries and actions taken.
• Offer support to dealers in troubleshooting, problem resolution, and procuring products urgently to decrease Total Vehicle Downtime (TVD).
• Aim for exceptional service by meeting or exceeding department metrics.

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience within an office environment
• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
• Willingness to work 9 AM to 6 PM Central Time
