Available Shifts:
- Monday to Friday: 6 am – 2 pm MST
- Monday to Friday: 10 am – 6 pm MST
- Tuesday to Saturday: 8 am – 4 pm MST
Your Key Responsibilities as a Customer Support Specialist
- Serving as the initial point of contact to ensure small business customers successfully utilize Constant Contact’s suite of tools and services over phone communications
- Efficiently resolving technical and user-related support queries, managing escalations where necessary
- Providing insightful feedback to leadership aimed at minimizing defects and enhancing user experience
- Documenting all customer interactions meticulously in our customer relationship management system
- Educating clients about product features and online support resources
- Supporting and coaching clients to boost their online marketing strategies, effectively engaging customers to achieve greater business success
- Delivering remote support within a virtual call-center setup, maintaining a consistent and diligent schedule
