Key Responsibilities of a Fan Happiness Associate
The primary duties for the Remote Fan Happiness Associate include offering dedicated support through various communication channels. The goal is to ensure a smooth purchase process for all fans. Reporting to the Manager of Fan Happiness, associates will:
- Drive Loyalty: Focus on enhancing fan loyalty through NPS (Net Promoter Score) purchase surveys.
- Achieve High Satisfaction: Consistently meet or surpass customer satisfaction (CSAT) goals.
- Demonstrate Efficiency: Fulfill or exceed service level expectations.
- Be Reliable: Maintain punctual attendance.
- Engage using team communication tools during scheduled shifts.
- Complete additional assigned responsibilities.
Contribute Actively to Fan Experience
- Deliver outstanding fan support and problem-solving solutions.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication to assist fans.
- Skillfully navigate multiple tools/resources while interacting with fans.
- Adapt communication style effectively to resonate with the fan’s needs.
- Identify and recommend improvements to prevent recurring issues via Voice of the Customer initiatives.
- Ensure access to reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Offer flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including potential weekend/holiday hours.
Qualifications and Expectations
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
- A minimum of two years in a contact center role, directly supporting fans through phone, email, and chat.
- Strong written and oral communication capabilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.

Compensation Range: $18 per hour
