About the Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative Role
CCC Intelligent Solutions, a leader in the insurance technology sector, is seeking a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative to join their team. As part of this role, you will handle incoming calls and assist in explaining services and claims information. Positions are available full-time, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Central Time Zone.

Responsibilities of a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative
- Handle incoming claim calls and log data into our proprietary medical bill review system.
- Provide explanations regarding benefits, services, and claims/reimbursement procedures.
- Maintain professional interactions with providers, patients, billing services, and insurance adjusters.
Requirements for a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative
- Ability to train and work remotely.
- No prior medical insurance experience is needed; training will be provided.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of prior customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively during customer interactions.
- Positive attitude and strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Willingness to learn basic medical terminology.
- Flexible weekday availability.

- Ability to work independently.
- Quiet and professional work environment free of distractions.
- High-speed internet connection (DSL or cable modem with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload).
