Role and Responsibilities
Roadie, as a logistics and delivery leader, serves 97% of U.S. households. As a Customer Support Specialist, your role is the first point of contact, providing top-notch service using our digital tools. You’ll engage with community members, solve problems, and ensure seamless deliveries.
- Deliver phone, email, and text support to all Roadie community members
- Listen actively and address client queries with respect
- Maintain high efficiency and quality in customer service
- Oversee ongoing deliveries and take immediate action if needed
- Tackle unique delivery scenarios with empathy and professionalism
- Utilize Salesforce and other tools effectively to document and address issues
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth operations
What We Seek in Candidates
- One year of customer service experience, preferably in technology or logistics
- Strong communication skills for connecting with diverse personalities
- Proficient in problem-solving and troubleshooting
