Starting pay is a competitive $16/hr.
Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least six months of general business experience—preferably in customer service—and proficiency in typing at least 35 wpm. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, CIB, Tower, and BSA is also required.
There are no state hiring limitations.

Eligibility Criteria
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent
- At least six months of business experience, ideally in customer service

- Proficiency in Windows PC, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Problem-solving capabilities
- Available to work a 10am CST schedule
- Reliable internet connection (excluding Satellite and 5G)
- Access to two 22-inch monitors with both HDMI and Display ports
