As a Remote Reservation Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for managing 80-100 calls daily, making reservations globally, incorporating feedback to enhance call quality, applying effective sales techniques, and delivering outstanding customer service. Moreover, you’ll aim to exceed personal and departmental metrics each month.
Residents of the following states can apply: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MO, MS, NE, NV, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, or WY.
Applicants should have at least two years of continuous employment with one company, a year in sales, and excellent communication skills. A distraction-free workspace is essential to succeed in this role.
This is a bring-your-own-computer setup where you’ll need a Windows PC with Windows 10 or higher, along with a USB headset and built-in or external webcam. A mobile phone is also required for security authentication.
The compensation offered is $17.25 per hour.

Work Schedule
- Full-time: 40 hours/week

The Ideal Candidate’s Qualifications
- Must reside in the specified states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MO, MS, NE, NV, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, or WY
- A minimum of one year in sales experience
- Two years of continuous employment with one organization
- Must have a designated, quiet workspace
- Authorization to work in the United States required
- Must be 18 years or older
Technical Requirements for the Home Office
- Windows PC with Windows 10 OS or later
- Cell phone access for security checks
- Computer USB headset and microphone
- Webcams: built-in or external
- Stable high-speed internet from a cable/fiber provider
- Minimum 10 mbps upload and 100 mbps download speeds
