Employees will work from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Pacific Time, ideal for those who prefer a later start to their day.

Key Responsibilities for a Remote Customer Service Representative
- Providing quality member support by phone, chat, and email
- Educating members about healthcare benefits, optimizing their use
- Assisting members in finding the best care options available
- Managing sensitive conversations with care and patience
- Collaborating with various departments to resolve issues
- Relaying member feedback to internal teams
- Keeping informed of evolving procedures
- Maintaining HIPAA compliance and data privacy
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- At least 2 years of customer service or call center experience
- Experience in healthcare is a plus
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Willingness to adapt and continuously improve
- Familiarity with customer service platforms, like Zendesk
