In this role, you will engage with customers to provide pre- and post-sale support across their range of digital interfaces, guitar products, and analog equipment. You’ll handle communications through online requests, phone support, and self-service tools.

Key Responsibilities in the Remote Customer Care Role
- Engage and assist all Universal Audio customers and address inquiries efficiently.
- Offer technical support for UA product installations and troubleshooting on both Windows and MAC systems.
- Create educational resources, such as knowledge base entries and video tutorials.
- Communicate with customers through various means, such as phone and online requests.
- Ensure customer inquiries, complaints, and requests are resolved promptly.
- Facilitate replacement parts orders and provide product information effectively.
- Work cooperatively with internal departments and manage product returns under warranty standards.
Qualifications for Guitar Enthusiasts
- Exceptional English communication skills, with proficiency in additional languages as needed.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems creatively.
- Attention to detail and the capability to adapt and empathize with customers’ needs.
- Familiarity with UAD-2/Apollo hardware and LUNA recording software is a plus.
- Comfortable with the physical demands of the job, including sitting for long periods and occasional need to lift 20 pounds.
- Access to a high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace at home.
Benefits and Compensation
California-based employees earn a competitive hourly wage of $18.50 – $19.71. Universal Audio offers an attractive benefits package that includes profit sharing, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K contributions, stock options, and generous leave policies.
