  • 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts: Monday through Friday, 12pm–8pm PST / 3pm–11pm EST

As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in aiding customers by addressing inquiries related to fuel purchases, product navigation, and more.

The pay rate is $21–$25/hour, including a work from home stipend.

Applicants need not have a college degree but should possess at least a year of customer support experience.

Shift Details Currently Available

  • 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts: Sunday through Thursday, 4am–12pm PST / 7am–3pm EST
  • 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts: Monday through Friday, 12pm–8pm PST / 3pm–11pm EST

Key Responsibilities (You will):

  • Efficiently manage incoming calls, chats, and emails to assist with product and service needs
  • Conduct follow-up calls with clients and fuel stop associates
  • Deliver outstanding service consistently
  • Become an expert in Mudflap’s products to better assist our clients
  • Collaborate across teams to provide exceptional customer support

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in remote customer support within fintech or startup environments
  • Bilingual skills, particularly English and Spanish, are an advantage
  • Proficiency with customer support tools such as Zendesk
  • Experience in project management or process enhancements
  • A strong passion for customer satisfaction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Self-driven, proactive, and confident
  • Adept at multitasking with urgency
  • Thrives in dynamic environments embracing a team-oriented mentality
