Knowledge and Experience

  • Proven customer service skills
  • High school diploma necessary
  • In-depth computer usage and familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Experience in a call center environment preferred
  • Experience with switchboards or helpdesks advantageous
  • Demonstrated proficiency in multitasking and managing concurrent tasks
