Role Overview for Remote Customer Solutions Specialist
In the role, your shift will align with 8:30 AM – 5 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. The initial 60-day training period shifts to 6:30 AM – 3 PM Pacific Time. Your primary duty involves utilizing multiple software tools in a fast-paced environment to navigate customer accounts and provide strategic solutions.
Video meetings, training sessions, and collaborative forums form the backbone of team connectivity, fostering a culture that values employee engagement and daily interactions across diverse geographies.
What You Need to Work Remotely
- Reliable high-speed internet connection, ideally cable or fiber, to support the necessary technologies.
- Access to a home router and modem in a distraction-free office space, with a strong internet or Ethernet connection preferred.
- A valid physical address is needed for equipment delivery, as PO Boxes are not acceptable.
- Readiness and willingness to engage with team members via chat, webcam, and more.
- Residency requirements include being a legal resident of an eligible state from the given list.

- Apply best practices for analyzing customer inquiries, investigating issues, and delivering solutions that align with company strategies.
- Offer customers the most accurate and current information regarding order statuses.

Physical and Experience Requirements
- The work environment involves considerable interaction with computers while either sitting or standing.

- A year of customer-facing experience or alternatively, a college degree is needed alongside proficiency in Office 365 and internet navigation.
- Excellent communication in English and a typing speed of 40 WPM are required.
- The ability to navigate a training schedule of 9:30 AM – 6 PM ET for the initial onboarding period is necessary.
