Key Responsibilities of a Remote Customer Service Specialist
Your contributions as a Customer Service Specialist will drive Miaplaza’s mission to revolutionize homeschooling. Leverage your expertise across various platforms to provide customers with remarkable experiences, whether by phone, chat, email, or social media. By uniquely personalizing communications, you’ll ensure every customer interaction leaves them feeling valued and heard. You’ll manage high volumes while maintaining seamless service and turning complicated situations into promising outcomes. Collaborate with your team to meet high interaction demands while maintaining high standards.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum two years in a customer-facing position
- Reliable computer/laptop with webcam, microphone, and high-speed internet
- Typing speed of 55 words per minute
- Strong technology skills and willingness to quickly learn new systems
