Duties of a Remote Customer Support Agent at Moodle

A Typical Day in Your New Role

No day is like the last at Moodle! However, you can expect to:

  • Respond to product inquiries and manage Moodle user accounts
  • Improve team support processes and user documentation
  • Collaborate with various teams, including Learning Design, Sales, and Technological Development
  • Assist with tier 1 and eventually tier 2 support across Moodle’s offerings
  • Engage in projects aimed at enhancing Moodle’s support systems and documentation

What We Seek in You

We’d love to know if you have:

  • Background in a ticket-based customer support environment
  • Expertise with software and CRM management tools
  • Proficiency in creating and managing process documentation, both internal and customer-facing
  • Experience in interdisciplinary teamwork
  • Adaptability to work within varying time zones

  • Experience with Moodle or other Learning Management Systems
  • Proven success in remote roles
