Requirements for Success

Success in this position requires at least a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) with two to three years of experience in a high-volume customer service environment, or a similar combination of education and experience. Experience with order management and detail-oriented tasks is essential. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial as they enable clear and concise interactions with 1A Auto staff at all levels. Proficiency in computer skills such as MS Office and familiarity with online platforms, including eBay, is necessary. While knowledge of automotive parts is a plus, a willingness to learn and adapt will also set candidates apart.

  • Enjoy a fully remote work environment
  • Accommodate the following shift (Eastern Standard Time):
  • 11:30am – 8:00pm, Monday to Thursday
  • 8:30am – 4:30pm every Saturday
