Key Responsibilities in This Remote Role
- Manage B2B customer accounts autonomously.
- Process and track orders using SAP, adhering to multiple deadlines.
- Employ the Tendfor Contact Center console for customer inquiries.
- Assist customers, respond to questions, and offer solutions benefitting both parties.
- Uphold customer compliance with CROPP Trade Partner Terms.
- Update and maintain customer data for CRM and communications.
- Support remote sales teams and coordinate customer needs.
- Organize marketing material shipments for retail partnerships.
- Ensure smooth new product launches and line extensions.
