Job Description Details: Task and Duties
- Validate credentials such as licensure, NPI, CDS, DEA, and board certification.
- Examine National Practitioners Data Bank for any adverse information.
- Scrutinize federal and state OIG and SAM reports for Medicaid/Medicare exclusions.
- Handle provider complaints and utilization management meticulously.
- Assist with scheduling site visits and other duties.
- Update and maintain the credentialing database ensuring accuracy and integrity.
