Responsibilities:

  • Deliver phone-based customer support, including video chat solutions.
  • Guide users through software functions, retrieving past returns, and escalate when required.

Compensation:

  • Earn up to $15.60 USD per hour
  • Payments made in USD

Schedule:

  • Seasonal contract ends Tax Day, April 30th, 2025.
  • Design your flexible schedule within program hours:
    • Open Monday-Sunday, 7am – 11pm CST
    • Choose from morning, evening, weekday, or weekend shifts

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer inquiries via social media and other digital platforms.
