Working Hours and Schedules: Employees typically work Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week, during the periods below:

    • 8:00 am to 8:00 pm ET
    • 7:00 am to 7:00 pm CT, or
    • 6:00 am to 6:00 pm MT.
  • Twice a year, you will participate in a shift selection process, based on performance and business necessities.

Roles and Responsibilities of Remote Customer Service Representative

  • Accurately logging provider/client requests and assigning cases per guidelines.
  • Deliver excellent service to internal teams, clients, and providers via online customer service tools. Focus will be given to portal cases, with level two representatives assigned account creation and related inquiries.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction for all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Meet or exceed established service and quality standards consistently.
  • Promote a cooperative and team-oriented atmosphere across departments, vendors, and customers.
  • Identify and propose process improvements for better Call Center efficiency.
  • Collaborate effectively within the company and comply with HIPAA regulations.
  • Demonstrate company values and core competencies.
  • This role involves handling sensitive information and is categorized as high risk.
  • Additional duties may be assigned to meet business requirements.

Requirements for Remote Customer Service Representative Roles
