Ideal candidates should bring at least three years of experience in customer service, sales, or telephone operations, demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office, and exhibit strong problem-solving abilities alongside excellent communication skills.

In addition to a competitive salary range of $14.40 to $21.60 per hour, the company offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities for the Role

  • Ensure coverage for opening and closing duties within the department.
  • Professionally handle customer inquiries received through written formats, emails, phone calls, and social media, following the company’s established guidelines.
  • Offer real-time process and procedure guidance to Call Center Agents.
  • Execute sales and CRM tasks:
    • Facilitate Ecommerce Direct-to-Customer (DTC) sales.
    • Assist e-commerce clients with online orders through the Management Takeover Line.
  • Execute customer service and order management activities:
    • Support international customers with ordering issues, shipping timelines, pricing, and returns via our Boarder Free partner.
    • Manage service modifications, discounts, and customer refunds as necessary.
    • Partner with loss prevention and finance teams on relevant cases, including fraud reports and billing questions.
    • Collaborate with UPS for claims involving damaged shipments and update delivery details post-shipment.
  • Oversee eCommerce DTC and store order management:
    • Address expedite requests and handle special order status inquiries.
    • Provide in-depth product knowledge and support first contact resolution for customer queries.
    • Maintain productivity and quality standards, supporting departmental needs as required.
    • Work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical and Technical Requirements

  • Communicate effectively via computer or phone, with assistive technology if needed.
  • Capability to perform sedentary work tasks.

Qualifications and Skills for Success

  • Minimum of three years in customer service, sales, or telephone experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is essential; bilingual candidates are a plus.
  • Prominent problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset are required.
