Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Non-Phone Remote Customer Support Specialist at Whop, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for users and creators, providing support via Intercom.

The salary for this role is a competitive $48,000 per year. The job offers flexible working hours with three available shifts: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm, and 4:00 pm – 12:00 am EST. You’ll enjoy a 5-day, 40-hour work week with a monthly rotating schedule, and you can work from anywhere in the United States.

Your First 30 Days: A Roadmap

Day 7: Meet the team, get acquainted with Whop products, and familiarize yourself with tools like Intercom.

Day 14: Learn from experienced colleagues by shadowing their interactions and start handling simple inquiries under guidance.

Day 21: Take more responsibility by managing your own tickets, collaborating on complex issues, and actively participating in team meetings.

Day 30: Fully assertive in your role, handle a complete load of tickets, and receive feedback for ongoing improvement.
