  • Master the Aryeo & BYOP products and processes using CRM tools
  • Support Zillow’s product launches and stay updated on industry events
  • Handle product fixes and releases efficiently
  • Communicate openly and effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Adapt swiftly to changes in a dynamic environment
  • Provide expert troubleshooting and document issues precisely

This remote role means you won’t have a permanent corporate office but can work from any suitable location within the United States.

In states like California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC, the standard base pay range is $18.80 – $30.00 per hour, with the actual amount contingent on various factors.

Beyond the base salary, this position also includes eligibility for equity awards based on experience, performance, and location.

  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
  • At least one year of customer support experience with a preference for technical support
