This role is instrumental in supporting business owners, service providers, and front desk users. Using tools like live chat, email, phone, and screen sharing, you will provide exceptional customer support, training, and problem-solving.
This role is open to candidates across the United States, excluding those residing in NY and CA.
Applicants should bring at least 3 years of experience in customer service or tech support, proficiency with technology, great multi-tasking skills, and a versatile communication style.
The position offers a competitive salary of $65,000 plus an annual bonus of 10%.

Key Responsibilities
- Anticipate customer needs and provide effective resolutions.
- Collaborate closely with a remote team to deliver exceptional support.
- Adhere to a structured schedule and quality program guidelines.
- Assist up to five customers simultaneously via live chat, emails, phone calls, and screen sharing.
- Embodies Boulevard values in all customer interactions, aiming to delight customers.
- Identify and suggest process and product improvements.
- Resolve issues for hardware devices and mobile applications.
- Assist with reporting inquiries and suggest solutions to discrepancies.
- Gain industry expertise and communicate technical solutions effectively.
- Work collaboratively with various departments including Finance, Engineering, and Product.
Essential Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, operations, or tech support, or leadership experience in a self-care business.
- Flexibility to occasionally work extended hours and holidays.
- Proficiency with Boulevard’s technology platform and strong problem-solving skills.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for understanding how things work.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a solution-based mindset.
- Strong Emotional Intelligence (EQ) to manage complex interactions gracefully.
Benefits and Compensation
(Note: Residents of CA and NY are ineligible for this role.)
The starting compensation is $65,000 plus a 10% annual bonus with potential for growth.
