As a Customer Care Associate, you’ll represent the company and ensure all customer inquiries receive comprehensive and timely responses. At Hippo, we prioritize customer satisfaction over profit. To excel in this role, you’ll need to be a charismatic and proactive advocate for our customers’ needs.
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Care Associate
- Address incoming inquiries through email, live chat, and phone calls
- Collaborate with the customer care team to identify and escalate issues
- Relay customer feedback to relevant internal teams
- Assist with additional projects as necessary
Essential Qualities of a Successful Candidate
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Adept at acquiring and applying product knowledge during customer interactions
- Proficient in time management and multitasking while maintaining attention to detail
- Genuine desire to assist customers
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in a customer support position
