An Inside Look at the Remote Community Engagement Specialist Position

Eventeny emphasizes a customer-first approach. As a member of their Customer Success team, you’ll help create, nurture, and sustain robust relationships with prime clients to ensure event success. This role is highly interactive and communication-intensive.

This full-time, salaried role requires availability during typical business hours (9am – 5pm EST), with minimal evening and weekend duties if an event is ongoing.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional approach toward customers.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
• Communicate effectively through email, phone, and virtual meetings.
• Develop a deep understanding of the Eventeny product and communicate this knowledge efficiently.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet customer needs.
• Engage with the community through blog posts and discussions.
• Host webinars to educate customers on best practices and new features.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent conversational customer support.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new clients and maintain a high retention rate.
• Manage multiple client accounts and tasks simultaneously.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Explore new lead generation channels and strategies to encourage referrals.
• Travel as needed to present at conferences and provide on-site assistance for events.
• Offer valuable feedback to the Eventeny team based on customer reports.

What We Seek in a Remote Community Engagement Specialist

Compensation
