Core Responsibilities

  • Manage 2-3 inbound service and reservation calls per hour effectively.
  • Timely processing of new vacation requests and alterations to existing reservations.
  • Follow the Customer Connection methodology to guarantee an exceptional customer experience.
  • Utilize resources efficiently to address customer inquiries independently.
  • Meet or exceed performance goals while maintaining productivity standards.
  • Navigate multiple systems, chat tools, and emails while engaging customers.
  • Remain accessible via telephone, email, and instant messaging during working hours.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions for further skill enhancement.

Qualifications for the Remote Customer Care Representative Position

  • Schedule Adherence: Must be available for a full-time schedule of 35-45 hours/week based on company needs. Additional schedule details include:
  • 6-week training: Monday through Friday, from 10 am to 7 pm EST.
    First post-training schedule will vary based on business needs, covering hours between 8 am and 10 pm EST, including weekends and holidays.
  • Shift-Bid Scheduling: Post-training schedules will be assigned through a bid system, with rotation every quarter between 8 am to 10 pm EST, requiring weekend and holiday availability.
  • Reliability: Consistency in adhering to your assigned schedule is crucial.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong focus on creating memorable experiences for customers; attention to detail is essential!
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable typing and navigating the internet alongside instant messaging and email tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to communicate effectively across various channels to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coachable: Willing to accept constructive feedback and implement improvements from regular sessions.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to sit or stand while constantly engaging with a computer screen, answering calls as needed.
  • Remote Work Discipline: Must demonstrate the ability to thrive in a structured, virtual call center environment.
  • Workspace Requirements: A designated, distraction-free area with reliable internet (minimum speeds of 5.0 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download) must be maintained, ideally located away from other remote workers.
  • Residency Requirements: Candidates must reside in eligible U.S. states, excluding AK, CA, HI, KY, ND, OH, OR, and PA.
